Doc is our ranch bred Cowhorse x Hancock cross.  This stallion was bred to help us retain the Gun Smoke and Doc O'Lena genetics which we have depended on for our working and riding horses.  In addition, we did not want to dilute our Hancock genetics by 50% in one cross.  This stallion has ten shots of Joe Hancock from Nebraska lines.  He takes the coarseness off the Hancock head and ear, yet retains the solid bone and muscling.  He is very athletic and exciting to ride.  In addition to pasture and  hand breeding we will be offering both cooled and frozen semen this spring.
